Allison Walker, Co-Director / Technical Director:
Allison is in her sixth year as the Head Volleyball coach at Stockton College. In four of her first five seasons, Stockton has won the the NJAC Conference and has gone on to the NCAA’s. She was named NJAC coach of the year in 2006 and 2008. In addition to her coaching background, Walker was an accomplished player on the NCAA Division III level at Muhlenberg College. A four-year letter winner for the Mules, she broke eight school records and finished her career with over 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs. As a result of her thriving accomplishments, Walker has been inducted into Muhlenberg’s Hall of Fame.
Jeremy Walker, Co-Director:
Jeremy former assistant coach of the Stockton College Volleyball program. While at Stockton he was responsible for recruiting and managed to bring in 14 players in the past three years, with several out of state players. He also has three years of coaching experience with the Cut Shot volleyball club team. Walker has played both indoor and beach volleyball on a recreational basis for the past nine years as well. Jeremy started East Coast Crush and has been coaching with the club since 2007.
Phil Kening, Assistant Director of the South Branch :
Phil is currently the Director of Volleyball for the Galloway Township Police Athletic League. He has been coaching and directing the league for 13 years and the program as grown from 45 to 160 participants. Phil is also the head coach of the Men’s Club Volleyball Team and an assistant coach on the Women’s Volleyball Team at Stockton College. Phil initiated the start of the south branch of ECC, coaches one of the teams and has been with the club since 2008. Phil is also Cap I certified.
Kris Zeiter, Technical Coach :
Assistant Coach with the Oklahoma Sooners. Former Head Coach at Seton Hall University from 2006-2012.
Allison Kleeman:
Allison has a coaching and playing background. Played collegiate volleyball at Richard Stockton College.
Angie Smith:
Angie has quite an extensive coaching and playing background. Angie began coaching at Comstock Park Public Schools (Comstock Park, MI) for the Middle School/Freshman team in 2002. Angie coached this team for 3 years. She also coach club during that time for a year for Team Angle Volleyball Club out of Rockford, MI. In 2007 Angie was the Assistant Coach for Rutgers-Camden. After 1 year with Rutgers-Camden, Angie moved on to Assistant Coach for Rowan University. In addition to all her coaching background, Angie has been playing volleyball for over 13 years. She played on Grand Valley State University’s Intramural team and has been playing USA Volleyball Indoor and Beach for the past 4 years. Angie began coaching with East Coast Crush in 2008.
Cecilia Kleiner:
Cecilia played Volleyball at Salisbury University and was selected to play on the East Region Women’s USAVB team. Cecilia was also the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach at Loyola College in Maryland for 9 years. Cecilia is the assistant coach of the Men’s Club Volleyball Team at Stockton College. Cecilia has been with the club since 2008.
Chris Velott:
Chris has been playing volleyball since the age of 13. She is currently playing at Richard Stockton College. As a freshman she won Rookie of the Year and has made First Team all NJAC in her sophmore and Junior season. Chris has been coaching with East Coast Crush since 2009 and is Cap I certified.
Greg Velott:
Greg is a volunteer who has played indoor club and outdoor beach volleyball for over 15 years. He was the assistant coach for the East Coast Crush 16′s National team last year while also scheduling the clubs tournaments, completing club paperwork, and ensuring team rosters were handed in for bid tournaments. Prior to joining East Coast Crush, Greg organized and ran the Moorestown Volleyball Club in 2004 and 2005 – which provided free clinics and competition to junior girls and boys at beginning, intermediate and advance levels. Greg has been coaching with the club since 2007 and has been instrumental in the deveopment of the 15 and younger girls. Greg is Cap I certified.
Matt Dever:
Matt is the head coach of Rutgers-Camden. Prior to be coming the head coach of Rutgers-Camden Matt was the Assistant Coach for the Rutgers-Camden volleyball program. Matt has been coaching volleyball for 7 years and offers an extended background in coaching at the high school and collegiate level. Matt was the head coach at Saint Joseph High School in Hammonton for four years (2004-2007), leading his team to an overall record of 50-29. Matt also coached the Rowan men’s club team for five years (2004-2008), posting a record of 49-24. During his time at Rowan, Matt also spent two years as an assistant coach to the women’s team in 2002 and 2003, helping the Profs post a 45-17 record in that span. Matt has been with the club since 2008.
Nina Camaioni:
Nina help guide Williamstown HS to the 2006 State Championship. She was the 2005 and 2006 NJ Gatorade State Player of the Year and First Team All State in 2004, 2005 and 2006. She went on to play at Loyola University where she was MAAC Rookie of the Year in 2007. She was First Team All-MAAC in 2009 and 2010 and was defensive player of the year in 2010. She holds the school record for career kills, kills in a single season and digs in a match. She was ESPN the Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-America Second Team in 2010 and ESPN the Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-District II First Team in 2010. She is currently the Assistant Coach at Rowan University and is still actively playing beach and indoor volleyball.
Sue Velott:
Sue played Division I volleyball at the University of Maryland, College Park for 4 years. She’s has continued to play both indoor club and outdoor on the beach and grass since that time. Prior to coaching the East Coast Crush 16’s National team last year, she was an assistant coach at Moorestown High School for both the girl’s and boy’s volleyball teams from 2003-2008. Sue has been coaching with the club since 2007. Since 2008 Sue has coached the 15 and younger girls and has been instrumental in their development. Sue is Cap I certified.
